Each new client begins with a consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss their fitness history and clearly articulate their goals. We will also run through a comprehensive assessment to determine the client’s starting point. This information helps us write the best program for that individual’s specific goals. At the beginning of their first training session, the client will receive their personal training program.
Our goal is not to simply make a client exhausted by the end of the workout . Anybody can do that and it’s not an effective long-term plan. We pride ourselves on our expertise and strategic programming that ensures continual progress. Our clients will run, jump, throw things, and move heavy weights. All training is done by appointment only.
Semi-private coaching consists of a small group format with no more than 4 clients per coach. This fosters a supportive training environment where the clients can push each other to do their best while still receiving the appropriate individual coaching. It also allows each client to receive coaching for a fraction of the price of one-on-one personal training.
This option is available for clients who are looking to train in a one-on-one environment, train during off hours, or are looking for a technique consultation. Please contact us for more information.
